This week Gianna from 6L tells us about the VR experience that year 5 and 6 had today.
We were lucky enough to have a VR workshop today. It was a very exciting experience where we felt that we were transported out of school and into the world! We looked at global warming and the effect that it has on animals. We learnt how to reduce global warming by not using as much plastic and making sure we recycle as much as possible. We were also able to use the VR headsets to explore more facts about global warming and I found out that greenhouse gases warm up the planet and therefore, water levels rise because the ice caps melt. It was a great experience and we learned lots.
