Mario from 6T writes about CPR training that year 6 undertook from St John's Ambulance
On Wednesday in PSHE we learnt how to do CPR. It was really interesting but it is also a serious life skill that we might have to use one day! We got into partners, in this case me and Naomeeh, and we watched a video seeing how we should do it. There were quite a few important things that we had to do such as check the pockets for big items that might hurt them, lay their head on the side, so they won't choke, and call 999 or 112. In the end, it was really nice to learn about it so that we could maybe use it in the future! It could save someone's life!
