Year Six experience life as a Victorian child
From creating delicious peppermint creams to practising their mathematics and handwriting, today Year Six experienced life as either a poor or rich Victorian child. They took part in drama and made peg dolls. They also learnt about Victorian discipline, especially how to behave when the Headmaster enters the room!
A huge thank you to all of the staff - Mrs. Buckingham, Miss Ibukun and Mrs Freeland for creating such an educationally memorable day and all the parents and children for making so much effort with their costumes.
