Year 6 help out at Dagenham Parish Church

This week Alexandra from 6B writes about how they have been helping out in the local community as part of our community month William Ford.

We went to Dagenham Parish Church on Wednesday to meet some of the elderly people from the local community.  We had drinks and chatted together. It was really nice to meet new people and find out a little about their lives.  Half of the class went litter picking in the graveyard to make it clean.  It felt good to make a difference to the graveyard and chat to the elderly people.
