This week Kostya and Jasmine from year 6 tell us about how they became tailors.
In DT we have been working diligently on Victorian waistcoats. Some of Year 6 found it quite hard and others took to it easily. Kostya: "Even though it was my very first time sewing, I really enjoyed it and found it easy. I even helped some of my friends then they couldn't thread the needle!" Jasmine: "I really enjoyed these lessons. It was tricky to thread the needle and do the sewing and sometimes it got knotted up. But I worked hard and persevered to finish my waistcoat.
