Egypt Day 2025!

Year 3 Egypt Day 2025!

On Egypt Day, Year 3 children took a trip back in time to Ancient Egypt, filled with fun, creativity, and discovery! They got their hands messy baking traditional Egyptian bread, mixing flour, milk, and honey to make a delicious treat, just like the ancient Egyptians would have! Next, they molded scarab beetles out of clay, learning about these mystical creatures and their important role in Egyptian culture. Then, the children turned into mini archaeologists as they mummified tomatoes, carefully wrapping them up and learning the ancient art of preservation. The day ended with a thrilling theatre performance about Moses in Ancient Egypt, where they got to watch the exciting story unfold before their eyes. What a day full of adventure and learning!
