We participated in a number of Science-themed activities over the rest of the week and our pupils as always continued to excel. We were pleased to welcome visitors from Queen Mary University on Tuesday, from their educational group ‘Centre of the Cell’, for a number of spectacular shows linked to our curriculum. 

Year 6 watched a show about the heart and circulatory system, Year 3 saw a show about muscles and Year 4 learned from a show about teeth. The children loved the audience participation and getting to join in with silly costumes and games. We will also share a number of photos of this experience on our Facebook. Year 5 impressed their space-themed visitor on Thursday when they went on a voyage through space in the astrodome.
