Miss Ibukun, along with volunteers from Dagenham Parish Church took a group of Year Five pupils to a CPAS adventure weekend at Stubbers Adventure Centre in Upminster.  During this break, the children enjoyed making their own fires in the bush craft activity, doing combat archery and everyone’s favourite doing laser tag. Even Miss Ibukun was loving every minute of it! It was such great fun bringing the weekend to an end with some camp fire songs and marshmallow roasting. The RE sessions were on the theme of a detective agency.  The detectives (Doubting Dave and Undercover Detective) asked the children to explore the evidence that Jesus is a real historical figure, that he died and that he rose from the dead.  Alongside the children from other schools, the children from William Ford looked carefully and gave their considered views on the evidence.
